@Helen, yes, it has to be a good thing really in the long run and in a funny way, it's easier because J knows, sort of, what's gone on and is working with that in mind (I get the impression he's done this before....)</description>

I'm really enjoying the kung fu at the moment.  It's having a sort of &quot;healing&quot; effect that neither judo or karate ever seemed to provide.  Just that sometimes you need to break open old wounds for them to heal right, which sucks.</description>
