In hindsight (which, lets face it, is always pretty acurate) maybe 5 hours of Kung Fu on Sunday when full of a cold and being at that generally hormonal and achey time of the month was not the best idea I ever had.  Okay so we both passed our gradings easily meaning we can both now wear a nice bright yellow sash (kids do exactly the same gradings as adults in Kung Fu) but that bit was all over with in the morning, the rest was a "training seminar" which is like a mega long lesson although to be fair we did both enjoy the fighting staffs bit.  I was fine until I got home then I disintergrated into a shivery shakey heap, Aprilia wasn’t much better but that was due to the constant "change partner" thing which meant she was training with total strangers which she doesn’t take too well to.  Next time I’ll get my head into gear and notice when enough is enough and call it a day.  Honest!

Yesterday I don’t rmember a lot of except not being able to find any ibuprofen and resorting to drinking gallons of Aprilia’s Neurofen for Kids (which is an expensive way to ward off the "my head is exploding" sensation but has the advantage of soothing a sore throat on the way down!)  She watched back to back episodes of Magiv Schoolbus (we have all 52 episodes!) and clucked over me like a mothr hen doing the "you have to eat something Mummy" thing which was very cute.

Today I feel slightly human but have looked in the kitchen and gone into shock.  You see we were busy on Thursday, and on Friday, most of Saturday adn all of Sunday then yesterday didn’t really happen but the house elves appear to have had a party and used every last item in my kitchen and got every last item of clothing in the house dirty (or thats what it feels like anyway!)  I’m contemplating running outside between showers to put up the gazebo over the washing line so I can catch up on the washing…..
