Move over Kung Fu Panda
cos Kung Fu elephant is in da house!
It has to be said, teh days of me being all fit and whatnot are so far in the past as to be a mere myth. And so it was possibly not the best idea in the world to agree to join Aprilia in a taster session of Kung Fu locally. However, it was probably very good for me, was startlingly enjoyable even allowing for the fact taht currently I can’t raise my arms up high enough to peg any washing out
due to doing more press ups than should be humanly possible for someone as out of condition as me! I was slightly surprised at how hungry I was afterwards though, it felt like a long time to lunch
Aprilia loved it, has demanded the suit and has her rise through the grades all plotted out…. told her she can have teh suit when she does her first grading!
I did have to laugh though, we got home and Aprilia stripped off and put herself to bed for a nap, I thought it had gone quiet! If I’d had any sense I’d have done the same, maybe then I wouldn’t be conteplating going to bed round about the same time as her tonight!

well done for doing it with her! i haven’t contemplated doing judo

shudder, no Helen! I’ve done Judo a long, long time ago, it’s not good for those of us with enough sense to know that falling over hurts! I didn’t even offer her Judo, it was Kung Fu early on Saturdays or give up Brownies and do Karate (well, okay, not a fair choice!)
