the essay from hell did indeed bite back
Aparently I didn’t answer the right question, which comes down to me understanding "health care" as how you would be treated (would you be given some herbs or have half your blood drained off) and not who you would go to (the bloke who gives you the herbs or the bloke who drains off half your blood supply) and so fouling up the whole essay. An essay which took me in excess of 4 solid days work to produce, came in masively under the limit and was a total and utter waste of time and would indeed have been better left undone as 45% will drag my average way down whereas I’m allowed to not submit one at all thus keeping the average closer to 60% which gives me more scope for cocking up the exam. And the comment of "you should have phoned or dropped me an e-mail was insult to injury. He went on holiday the week before the essay was due leaving his whole tutor group with no one to ask anything. Because you can’t discuss with your peers on the forums, that’s cheating (because that would *never* happen in a real uni would it? No one would dream of helping out a mate with a few pointers would they.)
Someone remind me why I’m doing this?

Is there a complaints procedure for the comment re getting in touch? Seems a bit rich. Urgh to the average - perhaps you can query whether it can be discounted given the lack of tutor support?

Can’t you not submit retrospectively?
There’s a ghastly sentence! That is a pita, would also argue that it should have said “healthcare provider” if that’s what was meant. xx

I thought you got the lowest one knocked off at the end anyway? I’d complain too, dodgy question and unhelpful tutor

i would also complain and say you might have emailed if he wasn’t on holiday, and the title obviously ambiguous for you to write the ‘wrong’ essay. i would agree with michelle and healthcare provider. also argue that with the dylsexia etc, it makes things even harder if the title can be misinterpreted, as you are less likely to read over and over again. fight for the right to either have it disvounted or to redo.

hmm, commented once! anyway in essence, write to him and the dsiability liaison and complain - ambiguously worded question, discriminates against those with dyslexia. healthcare provision would have been better title, ask for opportunity to redo or to have expunged. mention he had been away
