complaining does work then!
Having been waiting since the end of January for some stuff from LDA (who are usually very quick) and being told several different due dates for the books, I finally got rather cross and demanded to speak to someone Higher Up the Food Chain. One politely firm e-mail to her and I have been refunded the cost of the stuff I’m waiting for and will be sent it for free as soon as it becomes available (probably May now she thinks) So, not ideal in that I still don’t ahve the books for Aprilia but then I’d ordered tehm early becuase there was a discount offer on so we don’t really need them now but will do in a few months, by which time they should be wtih us. They should last us a couple of years so maybe I should order the next lot next January to have plenty of time for them to arrive!
