some days we do very little, but then…
some days are different! We have completed 4 days of Sonlight in one morning!!! Why? Because the history part was looking at single pages rather than double spreads and were a summary of all the Egypt stuff we have been looking at so we rattled through it (with her showing that for all she fidgets she does listen and remember some every now and then!) the "Read Aloud" was the last 2 chapters of "understood Betsy" which had been split as they were long-ish chapters but I’m not allowed to stop in the middle of a chapter and she wanted to know how it ended as soon as she realised that there was only 1 chapter to go and the science was more pictures than words and was about fossils etc so took no time but were really interesting. Few more goes like that and we may even end up "on schedule" again, but then again…… nah!
Oh and who thought it would be funny to move Torchwood from Wednesday to Friday with barely a whisper of a clue about what they were doing then???? We nearly missed an episode! Mind you, can someone please tell Mr Barrowman that we all know he’s gay but can he please stop snogging every bloke within a 10 mile radius (but he can leave his shirt off if he likes…)
