not quite so stunning as last year but…
The result for TMA 1 is in. That would be the one I’ve thrown together during Melrose with a day’s finishing touches at the Woman’s Institute AGM and sent with a groveling apology to my tutor. part 1 earned me 35/50 which isn’t far off my usual standard, part 2 was a shameful 26/50 and he gave me those marks out of pity! I have no idea which question I answered for part 2 but it wasn’t the one asked meaning the most he was allowed to give me was a "pass 4". All in total though it’s a "pass 3" which is like a C in the real world and I’ll take that and run fast before he changes his mind 
Now I need to get a grip, get caught up and get the next one written over the next 2 weeks. And I really do think taht I also need to get my "learning how to learn" lessons booked too, I’m entitled to them, the OU will pay for them, I just need to excavate enough house space to have someone in first to teach me the finer points of my special software (cos I am so aware that I really only play with it!) and then to do the study strategy thing that my assessment said I would benefit from. I really could take on the world if I didn’t keep getting distracted by shiney things!
