You know, I’m sure I’ve used that title before, must have been a different blog! I started my next course today, this week it’s just reading round the introductory stuff, finding out how this lot want TMAs (homework) doing and cussing at the anoyance of setting up a CD-ROM with heaps of text in a format that can neigher be altered (to make it bigger and thus easier on the eye) or even copied to a text doc to alter there. Grrrr. Can’t even use my lovely screen reader with it. Sigh.
I am determined to actually take notes this time round, after all I have Inspiration now to do mind maps of each topic so I can’t even use teh excuse taht my notes never make any sense any more. And all the text books are available on line as PDFs so I can use Read and Write to highlight as it reads stuff to me (it’s a really nifty feature - you can use lots of different colours of on-screen highlighter then when you have finished it groups all the bits together depending on what colour you marked it, hey presto, instant notes and I don’t need to comit the sacrelege of marking a real book 
)
In other news, Aprilia demonstrated just what her major reading tactic is today by getting totally confused by a multi-choice type puzzle where ther were 2 words beginning with the same letter and thus she couldn’t look at the first letter and guess the rest. I was pretty sure she was doing this but now I know…..
