					<description>Depends on the amounts you're taking in the other supplements.  I took a 4mg (not mcg!!) supplement because of the risk of heart defects (was recommended to by my consultant) - no evidence, though, just educated guesswork.  Taking extra doesn't do any harm, except to the pocket.  Tell me exactly how much is in the other ones, and how much the industrial sized one is!!</description>

					<description>ah, but... if you really want to be sure, you need to take it. I have taken 9 years worth! but no-one is desp sure of the actual required dose. prob multivits and b12 is enough, but no evidence to that effect. joanna is the one that knows all this the best though</description>

					<description>afaik if you're reasonably good at eating veg, perhaps a fortified cereal, as well as a multivitamin supplement, you're unlikely to be folate deficient. </description>
