					<description>Actually, I read of a substantial project in India where computers have been installed in public places and everyone left to explore them and the kids especially have completely autonomously taught themselves to use the computers, so you don't even need the computer tuition.  Wish I could give you a URL as it was a fascinating project but I have no idea now where to find it.</description>
