expensive thing this car ownership…

You can’t get just the seperate sections of the exhaust for my car so I have to have the whole system, it’s £250 plus fitting and htey have to order it in as it’s a rare car    RARE???  There are 3 in my town!!!

And the tax is due.

But at least Duke is paid for Red Cross at the end of this week (he thinks…. I’m of hte I’ll believe it when I see it ilk myself) and the money from my endowment is in so I’m not sweating this one.

May even waft on over to Merry’s Amazon store early next week for Landlocked…. oh the extravegance!

But for now it’s to bed with the books to see if I can’t work out why on earth anyone would think that only someone with their own religion can possibly be an artist.  So far all I’ve worked out is that art is not copying nature etc but some sort of holy act that can only be any good if it comes from the soul.  Only need another 18,990 words and I’ve cracked it then!

  1. Parts for my Peugeot are exactly the same - I had to replace the entire exhaust system due to a crack in one bit, and the entire headlight assembly when the glass on the front got smashed by a stone. It’s frustrating, but considering how little trouble we’ve had with the vehicle… I suppose I can cope ;-)
