WEll, that’s settled then.
According to my mother I’m "the biggest mug that ever walked this earth"
According to the Rainbows I’m their new leader.
So, do I go for the rather delightful tunic the equally delightful blouse or slum it and get the polo shirt.…okay, no contest really!
There are 4 mums who have offered to be helpers and hte district commisioner has said to keep it to just 10 girls so that there only ever needs to be 2 adults to be there, any extras being a bonus! I have to learn the new Guide promise which is a shade different from the one I made and I have to say it in front of the girls once I’ve got my warrent (grown up promise badge!) I’m equally looking forward to it adn wondering what on earth I said yes for!!!
In other news today…
it rained. Then it hammered it down. Then it rained a bit more. Education seemed to slip through our fingers somewhere but we did bake.
I was hormonal and decided that rather than savage anyone and everyone in sight I’d tidy up. The downstairs bathroom is spotless…… Need to do a bit more yet though as I have an OU Needs Assessor visiting in less than a month and I’d like for her to have somewhere to sit down to assess my needs!

rofl at your mother. honestly!! I am assuming you went for delightful blouse??

giggle, can you really see me in a stripey blouse??? Gingham maybe (it’s that muffin thing!) but red white and blue stripes I’m just not sure about! Anyway, the polo shirt won’t want ironing!
