Duke passed these two amimations on to me.  They filled up a good segment of my study time thus saving me from needing to finish my essay tonight

Enjoy….

I love saying yes!

This morning Aprilia decided she wanted a Duvet Day, slung her duvet over the bed rail to the floor (well, mostly over me but she was aiming for hte floor she assure me  ) and then settled down at her PC wrapped up in said duvet!  Not wishing to miss any oportunity, I ambled off to my PC and made vain attmepts at finding the last 500 words I need for my mext TMA - I know they are out there somewhre….

Eventually she got onto the Big Cook Little Cook bit of the BBC website and decided that duvet be damned she wanted to COOK!  So I asked her for a list of ideas, worked out a shopping list and we headed off to get supplies :-)   Hence most of the rest of the day was spent making such nutritionally sound things as chocolate cornflake cakes, raisin biscuits and other delicacies!  It was very pleasant I have to say!

Once we had used every bowl in teh kitchen we obviously had to take a break    so we sat and I read the next bit of Our Island Story (Caligula) and a poem but no story as she’s decided she’s had enough of the Little House books now, to be fair we’ve been at them for a looooong time now due to various disruptions meaning we haven’t read them daily so I can see her point.  So, much as *I* want to find out what happens I’ve put them aside and we are going to choose something else!

AS the dishwasher hadn’t finished yet I decided to push my luck and try a bit of reading…. booklets were refused rather mischieviously (she sat on them!) but Really Reading was acceptable and she did a full page from that.  Then she wanted to read Green Eggs and Ham but it’s fallen down the back of her cupboard under her bed :-(   so taht will have to wait until Duke has time to haul everything out of the way so we can rescue it!

Anyway, that brought tea time, TV time and bedtime rather speedily somehow!
