					<description>A long time ago, when I lived in Germany, I spent an evening with two Germans trying to  explain the rule they had been taught for working out the correct pronunciations for words in the rough, through, trough, thorough, Slough family. It took a long time and I never did find out how they believed it worked.

BTW, if you use Firefox, it has a dictionary add on, which will spell check for you when you type in comments boxes...like this one.</description>
